DPD PICK-UP POINT DELIVERY:

• Delivery time: between 24H and 48H (working days)
• DPD Pick-up point opening hours are relatively flexible
• You will receive the tracking link for your parcel by email and will be notified as soon as your parcel arrives
• You can find the nearest DPD Pick-up point on the DPD website

MONDIAL RELAY PICK-UP POINT DELIVERY:

• Price: 3.99€
• Delivery time: between 4 to 7 days (working days)
• Mondial Relay Pick-up point opening hours are relatively flexible
• You will receive the tracking link for your parcel by email and will be notified as soon as your parcel arrives
• You can find the nearest MR Pick-up point on the Mondial Relay website

DPD HOME DELIVERY

• Price: 7.90€
• Delivery time: between 24H and 48H (working days)
• DPD will notify you by SMS and email as soon as they take charge of your parcel
• On the day of delivery, you will receive an email indicating the delivery time slot
• You can change the location, date or specify a safe place up to 30 minutes before parcel delivery
• Make sure your address is correct as we will use the address from your customer account in the "Delivery Address" tab

FREE IN-STORE PICK-UP

• Price: FREE
• You can pick up your parcel for free at one of our Liège or Namur stores!
• You will be notified by email as soon as your parcel is ready for in-store collection
• You can pick them up during the opening hours of your chosen store
• Returns and exchanges are also possible in our Liège and Namur stores, provided that the return request has been made and approved on the website!
