3. Check/choose the items you wish to return
4. Then indicate the reason for the return
5. Then click on "return an item"
6. Your return label will be available in your customer account as soon as the return has been approved.Please note that returns are only possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.

Our bags are permanent collections and we receive regular restocks. If your bag is on pre-order, you can order it and you will receive it +/- 10 days after purchase.

Yes, you can. However, you will need to request a return on the website beforehand and have it accepted before you can bring the items to our stores in Liège and Namur. Please note that you have 14 days from the receipt of your package to return the items.
